If you need to cancel or reschedule a weekday (Monday-Friday) appointment please give 24 hours notice by phone - call or text 07788 616 488 (please do not email). For Saturday appointments 48 hours is required.
Missed appointments and cancellations within the cancellation period will be charged the full appointment fee.

Your appointment is reserved for you. The cancellation period allows me time to adjust the clinic diary to accommodate those on my waiting list.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment time.
